Hello airbnb community,

a friend of mine recommended Payoneer as a payment method. She did the verification a while ago through airbnb.com, and I am not able to find that option in the website. Should I register in payoneer.com and then choose it as a payment method? It asks for my credit card information, while my friend was never asked for such thing. Did some policy change; does anyone use Payoneer, if so, what is the process? Thank you very much for your time

Hi

Somebody also recommended me payoneer for my payouts, but I haven't received the payoneer card yet. It was supposed to arrive on september 21st. I called several times to the company but they say that it is ot their fault and Airbnb says the same thing. What can I do? I need my 850 USD ASAP!! PLS HELP ME...
