payout bank information

My husband created an account and added a listing. Then he added me as a co-host and I finished setting everything up and added the bank account information. We received the .01 cent airbnb sent to verify the account and it has been 3 days since then and still have not received our payout from a previous guest. Does my husband need to go in and update the bank information on his account?

Hey @Ashley979  I hope you are well.

You say your husband added you as a co-host and you added the bank account information.

Did your husband give you his Airbnb account login details and you logged into his account and set up the payment details there?

If not, then you must have set up the bank account information on your own Airbnb account, which is why you’d have received the 1cent test amount but no further payment- payments for guest stays are tied to the listing admin (the Airbnb account of the person who created the listing) 

As soon as your husband sets up his bank account information on his Airbnb account then the payment for your last booking will come through.

@Ashley979 if this is your first guest then the payment, if I remember rightly can take up to 30days according to Airbnb. In our case it was much quicker - I suggest you look at the help on Airbnb (not the community) and see what it says about payments.
