It is now the 9th of March. Our payment is still in future transaction that should already be sent on the 25th of February. We noticed that this happens when guests alterated their reservation, something simply went wrong with payout. Can anyone help us?

Set up payout to go to my checking, they sent two test one cent deposits, then decided not to pay. They then asked for PayPal, still no payment because of a transposed number. They said they sent 106 dollars Got that fix but still no payout. Then got an 84 dollar payout, but not the 106 payout. Going on 5th guest tonight. How long do they get to hold on to your money?
