payout issue - Airbnb Community

payout issue

hi..i'm a host. There were 2 comfirmed bookings, the first one is on 25th June and the second one is on 30th June, however the payout does not shows in the transaction history (neither completed transaction, nor future transactions). My payout preferences status is READY. I don't know why. Can anyone help me to answer this? I'm afraid i'm not getting any payout, its already a week since the guests left.
