@Ahmed33 Please read the community guides on payment, which are very clear on when you will be paid, cancellations, the difference between booking enquiries and requests, etc..

In brief, you will be paid approx 24 hours after your guest checks in on the 29th Jan

Or to be slightly more accurate, Airbnb will START the payout process approximately 24 hours after the guest checks in. Depending on your payout method, weekends etc it might be several days after that before you actually have the money in your account.

Victoria is correct - they will start the payout process. In the UK, if you have Paypal it is immediate, as soon as you receive the email that a payment has been sent then you find the money is in your PayPal account. With banks it can take longer....

this is a bit strange i believe!

if customers are paying on time what is the point of keeping money in your account that long and not payout to owners..

Iam sure you have your reasons for that but it would be better to rethink that process..
