Hi It's been 22 days since my clients arrived and I am still waiting for my money to be paid.
What is the problem ?

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't gotten paid out. I know that last week Airbnb was experiencing issues worldwide with their payout system. Now that it has been resolved, your payouts should be released to you 24-hours after your guest checks-in. As soon as you noticed that your payout was not released the day after your guest checked-in you should have contacted Airbnb. I understand that you have not been able to reach anyone, so my best advice is to reach out to them through @Airbnbhelp on Twitter. Keep your reservation detials handy as they will ask you to PM them so you they can look into your account. As always, make sure you are not tweeting personal/account information. They will ask you to private message them via Twitter.
