pre-approval enquiry

Hi everyone

I have had a pre-approval enquiry asking if the potential guest can view my property. I replied and he came to view but said he was looking at another in two days time and would get in touch after that. Do I need to accept or decline to retain my response rating, or can I just leave it - I have definitely replied to him and met him, but is this enough? I would appreciate any help you can give

@Liz612 first of all, never ever show the guests your property before they book and their check in time comes. How do you know if he is not a thief or something. Secondly, it is enough to only respond to the message in the inquiry, you don't have to accept or decline, your response rate won't be affected. In the future try to explain to the guests that they can see your property on the photos and they will see it in person once their check in day comes.
