Hi,

please can you tell me how to get airBnB to record my pricing correctly?

I have two double bedrooms in my house (where I live) which I want to list as 30 euros for a single person occupancy, and then plus 12 euros for the second guest.

if the other room is booked, I want the same pricing structure to apply to that room; 30 euros plus 12 euros.

but AirBnB seems to be pricing for 3 people at 30 plus 12 plus 12 ~

any ideas as to how I can correct this, please?

or do you have the telephone number of AirBnB Admin that I can call ?

We offer dinner, bed and breakfast in a the country homestead in which we live. We have three rooms available, two large double rooms and a third, smaller twin room more suitable for children. We want to charge $250 per room per night (regardless of whether there are one or two people in the room) for the two double rooms with a 50%discount for the small room. Thus six people in three rooms would be $625 per night.  We cannot find a way of recording this charging on the host site and the options we try seek to charge our guests too much or too little.  Any suggestions please?
