Hi all! A guest contacted me and asked for dates which were originally blocked on my calendar. We agreed that I will make them available for her, I did and she tried to reserve it but received an answer that the dates are "no more available" while on my calendar the dates are green and a notice says that "The guest must complete Verified ID within 12 hours to confirm the reservation". Does anybody know what to do?
@Veronika32 I think the problem is not with the calendar dates but with the guest completing the verification process. There is nothing you can do about this Air BNB process, but if you really want to wait for this guest, then you need to ensure no one else can book the space. If you have Instant Book, turn it off.
Hi LInda, thanks for your reply. The guest tried one more time after the 12 hours passed and it worked, so everything is OK.
