problems with special offer (AGAIN!)

Hi Airbnb and Community... I am trying to make a special offer, and the system will not allow me- it is very important that I make this offer, as I already pledged it, as only 2 out of the 3 rooms are available...

I checked your FAQs for what to do when the system won't offer me the option of sending a special offer. Tried all the options, but don't see any special offer, still.

PLEASE can someone help with this ASAP - I had probs just a few days ago with another special offer, and this is really a problem for me, as it makes me look unprofessional!!
