question on pre-approvals

I have a client that has sent through a booking for my confirmation, I have pre- approved (a few weeks ago now) but the booking is not showing up in our calender as booked/blocked (our calender is still shown as available).  She is wanting to confirm her place in our home but it does not seem to be working, and she believes payment has already gone through via paypal....

 

Any ideas?

A pre-approval is not a confirmed booking. The guest still has to confirm the booking and make payment. Your calendar remains open so that others can book. If a guest can't pay, then it's not worth spending too much time with them. You can focus on future bookings.
