"3" in Location - I Give Up!

Well, I give up.  I recieved my first "3" in location.  I live in a townhouse community with reserved parking and private security patrols 24/7.  I had a guest check-in who was a brusk miliary veteran type, with two grown sons, one in the Army and the Navy.  He was in town for a school graduation.  At the end of his stay, mostly 4 stars in all categories, a 4 overall, and a "3" in location.

The guest was new to AirBNB, no previous reviews and I can only think that he thought 3 was the standard and a 4 or 5 stars meant stellar service.  Perhaps also felt that my house was too far from what it was he wanted to do.  The only good thing was no negative public comments and I was very happy to see nothing about the place being unclean.  I had recent bad experiences with two guests claiming the place was filthy when both times it had been cleaned thoroughly.

As for "location" - I give up!

Since location rating has no effect on your status as a host, "giving up" is probably all you can do.  The old " don't sweat the small stuff".  😛

@Linda108  I knew that the guy who left that review was going to be a problem.  He was former military with two sons who were both in the miltiary and probably had raised them to act tough and think with thier fists first.  When they were in my house I had a feeling that the smallest thing was going to be an issue.  The man had actually tried to bring three people into a two person room and I think was annoyed that I had added an extra person charge.  His giving a "3" in location might have been some sort of payback.

Your reviews are very good, so I don't think this one review (especially without a comment) will matter, the one people will see is "Anthony is a cool dude!".
