"Ready for review" on property managment site

Hi there, 

  I am setting up and monitoring our Air BnB account for my company, and I am a little confused as to why my listings are not showing as active, but as ready for review. I have gone through just about every plain sight avenue to find out what this means, and have also waited for customer service for 45 minutes over the phone...

 If you have an idea or know why this is doing this and how I can fix it I would really appreciate your insight!
