redeeming 857 pesos credit

Hi,

I'm trying to reserve the Loft vintage Universidad en Centro Histórico (Loft entero en San Luis Potosí).

It costs  $1,503,00 + Comisión por servicio of $193,89 minus cupón of -$594,32 leaving a total of 1102 pesos.

I have free credit of 857 pesos, but im not sure if its because of the coupon, which i cant get rid of to see, or an error, but when i try to pay i am told to confirm paying the full price.

I dont have any code that was sent to me.

Can you let me know what i should do next.
