refund to guest from the resolution refund page does not work, what now ? The "next button" is shaded at "send money" and will not continue

Seems like they moved the send money button to the in-box, only now, it is not working for me.  I need to send someone $$ but it is not working - did you ever get your question resolved?  I have the same question.
