reimbursement

One of my guests damaged one of my air mattressses. How do I get that replaced?

Hi @Rosa7,

 

I first would like to note that you have no security deposit listed for your property so it may be hard to seek reimbursement for the damages incurred.  I would highly recommend adding a security deposit on your listing and it does not really affect the amount of guests you receive.

 

You could try to request money from the guest using the Resolution Center by choosing the option, "Request compensation for damages".  If the guest agrees they will have to accept and you could be reimbursed.  Here is a How To guide for using the resolution center.

If you had a security deposit, it is a lot easier to collect for damages.  Ensure you have receipts to provide or estimates.
