@Dianne13 If you approved the pre-approval request, that pre-approval remained in effect for only 24 hours. During that time, the guest could've acdepted the pre-approval and booked under your in-effect rates. After that 24-hour window, the pre-approval acceptance will still show for both you and the guest, but they can't book by merely accepting the pre-approval. Instead, if they do "accept", it's as if they placed a normal Booking request with you. That is, they're simply requesting to book the dates and you have the option of accepting or declining. Ask your potential guests to either ask for pre-approval for their desired new dates or to simply request to book for those dates.
