resolution centre reviews and how to reopen a case

resolution centre reviews and how to reopen a case

Α a guesτ rented my apartment for the whole June for himself and 2 of his staff. A month later I get the house damaged and extremely dirty. I submitted a request to the resolution for compensation. I had provided the receipts and photos as well as a chart of the original purchase dates. They replied that the documents are not sufficient.

I insisted that they should point out what exactly was missing but they didn't tell me. They concluded that I am not entitled to compensation. The funny thing is that they didn't approve any of the costs from the list I submitted

I want the case reopened and the resolution representative told me that it can be done but she didn't tell me how. She also happily told me that when a case is dismissed it is not going to be approved if it is reopened. Need advice about how to open the case again & also what is the list of documents to support an expense.
