response rate

Hi all,

Looking to have some clarity on the response rates as even tho I have responded 100% of enquieries within 24 hours, my response doesnt seem to go up. And when it does it goes back down again. This if very fustrating.

Try to click the line rate and will appear in the end the percentage rate.
