resubmitting a payment

My bank stopped payment and now I want to resubmit the payment. How do I do that? Do I start a new booking process? or is there a re-submit short cut.

I do not know what is the problem exactly, but i think, if it is possible, If you have a problem in bank card you could also use close friends or family card to make the booking.
