@Christopher679 If you go to your hosting pages and click on Messages in the top bar, you should see a notification to leave a review for the guest, which you then click on. I also recieve emails to that effect- do you have your account set to recieve email notifications? It can take a day for that message to appear after the guest has checked out. if you can't find it anywhere, contact Airbnb to see if there's a glitch on your account.
As far as payment goes, I assume you have your payout method registered? Normally Airbnb releases the payout 24 hours after a guest checks in, but it can take a few days to appear in your bank account, Paypal, or whatever you use. And in the case of new hosts, the payment is held for 30 days, then future payouts should be released as normal.
You can check when you can expect to receive the payout under Transaction History in your hosting account.
