Hi all,

I'm relatively new to airbnb. I have 3 reviews of all 5 stars.

The last review even though it has all 5 stars in accuracy,check in, cleanliness etc has ovearall rating 1 star.

Is that possible or it's a system's fault ?

I've already sent to support but I haven't receive any answer and it isn't seem to being solved.

Has anyone ever face something similar ?

What else can I do ?

@Panagis0 unfortunately it is possible and it is a mystery to me how Airbnb still hasn't done anything about this after years and years of hosts complaining. I don't think there is anything you can do and Airbnb won't remove the review if ut isn't against their policy.

 So this counts as a bad review even if it isn't ?  or it is a bad review ?

I suppose the only thing I can ask from airbnb is to remove the review ?

@Panagis0 this is a bad review because the overall rating is what actually counts and as I said, I doubt they will remove it but you can still ask. Don't worry too much though, you will get a lot of good reviews soon enough.
