Hi Earlier this year I had someone claim they didnt know the address and therefore couldnt stay at our property. This was reviewed by Airbnb and found that i had infact provided the address. Airbnb refunded the client the payment and also appoligised to us and reembursed us for the the failed stay.
Ive found that the Mother who was the person who booked has left a bad review which i feel impacts on our standards and star ratings. Is their a way of removing the review please?

The review states;
The owner left my family stranded unable to get in the house and not knowing the full address. They had to stay in a hotel. If you choose this property make sure you have the full address and how you are going to enter the property well before you go, as this may happen to you as well.
