I've received an invoice for a new room booking for one night that states the price as £1 less than my fixed price. I've make previous single room bookings and there's not been a problem. How can I correct fee? I'd be glad for some help with this.
Thanks Gene for your reply. My visitors are coming from within the UK so I would have thought exchange rate shouldn't be a factor. Have you come across an email address for airb&b? I can't seem to see one anywhere and it appears to be the attitude with encouraging the discussion room to 'sort it out amongst yourselves!
