send money at resolution centre

my guest forgot to take her money i want to send the money through airbnb but i can just send what she paid for reservation. i paid like 120 usd but i still wanna send to reach what she left. but i can send up to 0 now she has the same problem. she wants to request money from me but just up to 0. anybody knows what i have to do?

@Puryā0  Could you maybe just do an online transfer to her bank account and forget trying to do it through Airbnb? Because if you send her money through the resolution center, Airbnb will take it off your next payouts. If you really want to do it through Airbnb, I'd contact them and ask the best way to do this.
