separate 2 houses from the same ad on 2 separate ads

I am a host and I have an account on airbnb. I have 2 houses that I rent but for lack of time, I would like separate the 2 houses and that my husband recovers the management of one of the 2 houses on his own airbnb account. Is it possible ? And can you give me the process. Thank you so much

Airbnb considers accounts personal, so you can't transfer a listing to someone else's account. You can add him has co-host and let him manage the account that way?
