service fee

Does anyone know why sometimes my service free is £1 and other times £3 for the same nights of the week, same number of people. I cant figure out why it keeps varying. Is it a mistake from air b&b??

I have also had this issue with my second booking - my service fee should have been £9 (3%) but was £11.  Also the total for two nights  was £1 less than it should have been. - why?
