software updates made my property not visible to pentential guests?

Before Oct 23rd, 2017, I can receive at least 1-3 bookings per week for my property "McCormick Golf ....", but now, 3 weeks passed, I did not get even just one booking. I am a super host, I set dates to Nov 26 ~ Nov 30, or Dec 6 to Dec 9, which is available on my calendar. I set location to Scottsdale, AZ, I set 8 people, I set price range to $100 ~ $300. On my PC, I can see my property, but on my sister and brothers' cell phones, I could not see my property. I used Map View, which is much faster than list view (if I am not among top pages). I could not see it at all.  

I think recently you did a software updates, I am also a software engineer, so I know it might be a potential bug?

I called your customers service +1-888-326-5753, she can find my property on 1st page, but it's on PC, not on cell phone.

two weeks ago, I tried on my PC. I can find my property from Nov 6 to Nov 9, but could not find from Nov 27 to Nov 30 (both were available at that time).

Also, you sent me promotion code like "earn up to $520 for Nov 17 -20, set 10% off", but no matter I use PC or cell phone, I got "Error There was an error processing your request"

I am also a software engineer, I knew some unexpected thing may happen during system upgrade. Take your time, fix the bug. You did great job in the past, you must also do great job in the future.

Hi @Hans83!

 

I hope you're no longer experiencing these issues. I'd highly suggest you consider listing your rental on multiple channels so when one of them runs into issues, you can have multiple backups. It is also a good idea to expend your visibility to significantly more travelers by being on more channels.
