You need to call Airbnb straight away. 

This is a community forum, not monitored by Airbnb.

All contacts for Airbnb is the the CONTACT AIRBNB  post toward the top of the forum you are posting in.

I have to ask, where is the "CONTACT AIRBNB  post toward the top of the forum you are posting in" in the months I've been on the forum I've never seen a CONTACT AIRBNB post at the top of any forum page.
