I have sold my house have i got to close my site down and start another one for my new house ?

You'll have to unlist your old house listing and make a new listing for your new house.

You won't lose your reviews but they'll only be visible on your profile page, so when starting out fresh with the new house you might want to add in the listing (maybe right up in the summary that you have hitherto been host for x yrs at another address with reviews visible on your separate profile page).

Theoretically, you could leave your main old listing for a while but with all dates blocked by default and instabook turned off, so that it's still visible for anybody wondering what you did before. However, I wouldn't do it too long, because not receiving bookings from it would impact your ratings in time in case you're seeking Super Host status.
