tax withholding

I have spoken with a few customer service reps at Airbnb in an attempt to reactivate tax withholding on my account. The reps are consistently perplexed by my question. Does anyone know how to make this happen? It was deactivated last year. Since then, I've been unable to have withholding reactivated. This would be a big help at tax time to have those funds already set aside. A while back I received an email from Airbnb requesting completion of the tax form which I did. Shouldn't this be a menu item on the Accounts page under Taxpayer information?

Where can I check if Airbnb knows about my SSN? Bc i dont recall of providing this info to them
