texting to and from UK

Can anyone help with the following:

1.  I receive text from Airbnb on my mobile but unable to text them back on the following number: +441157 070 067 or ending 062.  

2.  Airbnb's email address

Hi @Ivy74  I hope you are well!

The text messages you get are just notifications that you have a message or something to respond to on the Airbnb platform- you can't reply to them, they are just an automated copy of the message you get through the platform.
