the host cancelled the reservation

Hello,

 

The host cancelled the reservation 2 weeks prior to our arrival we want the total refund. I am not able to access the refund option on your site. I reached out to the host/agent, I haven't received any answer from him yet. Please help.

If the host cancelled your reservation then you would be dealing with Air BNB, not the host, for a full refund.  Here is a guide for reaching Air BNB but you also should have a phone number on your email confirmation, @Chantal148.
