to cancel the booking

We have to have maintenance work done on our house and I have to cancel a booking   Is this a good or bad thing  Has anyone had to do this?

@Ralston1  Its a very bad thing to have to do, having said that, sometimes you have no choice.

You can cancel penalty free for extenuating circumstances, do not click cancel, ring customer service and explain whats happened and they will cancel if under the extenuating circumstances policy.
