Double Bed

Hello

First time post on community.

I have received a booking for 8 guests, they are all Polish contractors working at a nearby Golf Tournament.  I have 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed.

What do I do ?

Both the listings on your profile are set up to accomodate 8/9 guests- so you shouldn't have an issue with 8 guests?

Or have you set up your listings incorrectly?

If they have booked for 8 and are expecting the beds you advertise in your listings you'll need to provide them with that.

Thanks for replying, please allow me to clarify

Room 1 is 1 x double plus pull out Total 3 guests

Room 2 is 2 x single bed Total 2 guests

Room 3 is 1 x Single Total 1 guest

Lounge has a sofa bed Total 2 guests

Grand Total 8 guests

These Polish contractors are most likely to be all men,  are they expected to share double bed ?

You are providing what you are advertising in your listing, and your guests were happy to book the beds as you advertised them- so yes they will be sharing the beds, just like any other group of 8 would.

If you're worried they haven't understood the set-up of your listing you can always drop a message to the booker to confirm your set-up to clarify as you did with me above.

That is good advice, I shall do exactly that.  I had visions of going out to buy extra matteresses and linen etc.  You have put me at ease.

@Arshad3  I think you need not worry!

They are contractors looking for somewhere affordable to get their heads down after a busy work day, rather than looking for a holiday-style airbnb experience- I would be very surprised if they were unaware of your set up and were expecting a double bed each 🙂

But I am sure confirming will put your mind a rest.
