transaction report errors

Hi, when I download my transaction reports they show 0 or a much smaller amount for cleaning fees.  This is the case primarily for my co-hosting units.  However, the reports also show 0 for some of my own units.  Does anyone know what is happening with this?  I can't seem to figure out the math on it.
