Hi , I'm a new host, just got my first reservation, they paid 14 days ago but I never got the money ... why? I got the 0,01 $ so my account is confirmed , now  what? How do I get the money from the reservation ? I put as a payment method - bank transfer so where 's the problem ?

@Villa-Parenzana0, you won't be paid until after the guest has arrived. This can take 1-4 days, depending upon which payment method you're using. (With PayPal, payment is generally within 24 hours; with bank transfer it's generally a little longer.)
