my apartment has been completely trashed there blood everywhere as an assault occurred we have had to get a bio clean done to get rid of all the blood from all walls furniture and floors , which has also ended up with us getting rid of most furniture .

 

where do we stand on the guest paying for damages and the cleaning which comes to over £1000

@Green-Edge0  You'll have to approach this with some awareness that a reimbursement request from a previously unreviewed listing will be treated very skeptically.

 

The most important evidence you'll need on your side is a police report. I don't know what went down that created so much bloodshed that several pieces of furniture had to be thrown away, but "brutalized human" seems like a far more pressing concern than "stained apartment." Whoever processes your claim might have some reasonable questions about how seriously you take the safety of future guests.
