two listings-same place : one doesnt appear on map search

Hello everyone, as the subject: We have 2 listings in the same place, same address.

One of them doesnt appear on the map search (it appears just the cheaper one!).

Don't know how to solve this. 

Plus, people says that they see our Airbnb page in Italian (not the descriptions, but the page itself, the buttons, and so on).

We arent getting reservations as expected, but we cannot understand why, the place is extremely good and in a gooood position.

Please help!

Hello @Angelica77. Maye the other listing is lower rated in Airbnb's algorithm? 

I know from my own example that the pinpoint on the map may be different, and my secondary listing doesn't appear.
