unable to accept co-host invite

Hi new to airbnb only been hosting a month. Now trying to arrange for my wife to be a co-host. Invite sent, invite recieved. But she is not able to activate the invite. Upon clicking the accept icon it takes her to her account and no further. I have then cancelled the invite and sent new ones. I have been onto airbnb help centre the only advice has been for the invited party to goto the co-host tab, there is none, send a screen capture of the e-mail??????????? and for me as the host to check my emails????????? Unfortunately I am getting nowhere slowley. Has anybody any ideas. Or does airbnb just not work

@Andrew1813 - fill out the "report a bug" section https://www.airbnb.com/help/feedback  It' not a trouble ticket, but it informs Airbnb of the issue.

Same issue here - can't accept invite. Error message reads "action not found". Any ideas how to resolve?
