when I get an email with a request froma guest, how do I read their profile and check their reviews please

It can depend on how you are accessing the profile. Usually you just click on their photo and you get to view their profile and any reviews (if they have them).

Have you tried doing that in the app? Doesn't seem to work and I guess that's a bug.

I don't know how to view a potential clients profile .... I've tried clicking on their photo and nothing comes up.........

This is driving me crazy......
