I can't find my 'listed' property actually being listed recently.
I know the dates are available but my property does not come up at all. Any ideas...or contact numbers for airbnb?
Thanks,
Danny
Hi @Danny2
You listing is active and showing on the search..
It's just to many houses in front of yours...
You can use this tool so compare your house with others.
Luis
Thanks for the info Luis and pleased to hear that my place does actually come up.
Does this tool actually help my property to 'stand out' from the ones in front of it somehow?
no, the website won't help on the order it shows.., but you can monitor it..
To better position your house is a serie of factors and not always we can control...
You already have a good number of quality pictures, but you also can request (if available in your area) a proffesional Airbnb photographer to take the pictures, a "Verified Photo" will help.

As you will get more reviews your house will be better place.
Also you can ask for friends and family to submit a "Reference" about you... It will make a bettr profile and better positioning on the search.

Some hosts like to screen and choose the guest they take at their houses... If you don't mind the guest you will host you can turn on "Instant Book". This also helps on the placement..

Luis
Hi there Luis,
I shall get onto to all the points you have mentioned here one by one .
Again ....a great help and thanks for your time and expertise, much appreciated.
Best wishes
Danny
In addition to the great points before, go to your calendar once a day, adjust your pricing, etc. Airbnb likes hosts that are active in their listing. Just don't list it and forget it.
Thanks Evelyn, I'll start doing that too.
I can already see a difference by just following what Luis suggested before.
Kind regards,
Danny
