wrong price listed - not a currency issue

The listing I just created is appearing as $361 per night versus the actual price of $275. As far as I can see it's not a currency issue. How do I fix this>

@Kimberley7 If you are referring to the price shown in search results, the nightly rate is the total of your nightly rate plus extra guest fees divided by the number of nights booked.

For example, a reservation for 4 people  on February 2 to February 6  results in at total  of $1051 NZD which divided by 3 results in an actual nightly rate of $350 NZD (rounded).  If you had a cleaning fee, that would be included too in the nightly rate calculation.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Clare - very helpful. I have decided not to have extra guest fees but my listing won't update to reflect that. Any idea on this one?

@Kimberley7 Are you using Airbnb's app? If so, switch to a computer with an internet browser (Chrome or Firefox are best) then go to  Price Settings.  Then select Extra Charges and Currency.  Remove any check marks on Additional Guests.  When you look at a preview of your listing, be sure to refresh the page so old information will go away.

Cheers!
