Guest behaves very bad

Hello Everybody,

I have a guest who is behaving very strange.

First it seemed like she wants us to be friends - she even cooked for us and now she is very angry and when I ask her what happens she just screemed at me that she wants to be left in peace. I am wondering what options I have. I really tried to talk to her but she starts screaming at me and says whe justs wants to be left alone and be treated well. The only thiing I can thing of that might have upset her is that I did not take her out dancing (but I offered her to take her out another night) and that I told her one morning if she could turn down the music as she was very early in the kitchen and other people still sleeping.

For one side I am worried about a bad reputation but on the other side she will still be here 15 days and to be honest I feel very uncomfortable. I would prefer her to leave. But it seems that I don´t have really any good posibilities with airbnb as you have to pay 100 US when you cancel when a guest is already here.... 

And I am also a bit worried and don´t feel safe anymore - as she is extremly emotional that she maybe does something strange.

Is there any instance of airbnb that they help or talk with her?
