I enjoy working with this site. We have a 10 years’ experience in hosting guest in high end properties.

Recently we opened a new residence with brand new European standard apartments at very decent price. We do continue offering 5* service.

We just had a guest that’s chose to cancel her reservation, because the surroundings reminded her of her Dominican roots.

We find that inadmissible, ***

Own property is spotless as well as our residence. We offer one of the best accommodation in town. Confirmed by her other guests, terrified by the bride idea of leaving the town right the way. he wanted to o back to Santiago!!!!!!!

I consider, as a responsible guest, that we have to be reimbursed fully, since the amount of work, personnel, fees are huge and the lady’s decision to leave ***, is NOT OUR PROBLEM! ***  

We did lose a more interesting reservation, by giving them priority as newly married. We work hard to give the best service, but please do not take us for Emergency room. ***

WE ARE NOT HERE TO LOOSE OUR TIME AND MONEY!
