My understand in is that for the town of Stillwater, MN, more visitors show up in the autumn season than they do in the summer. I don't know whether or not visitors are sleeping in town overnight, but I believe that this location is very popular for its nature and seasonal changes. I don't believe that based on prices for Stillwater (throughout September & October that this info is accurately represented. It is evident that a lot of people are aware of and want to visit for the picturesque phenomenon that occurs there yearly. It would be a beneficial feature to Airbnb's algorithm if they could take these factors into account when it comes to pricing.
