Listing details particularly for apartments should include a specific item where the host states the floor area, this figure must be verified by a formal property document (rates/title etc) .
Listing should include a specific item which denotes if the property is primarily a Residence or Rental; you may be more detailed in these decriptions but from a guest persepective for example I would expect to find significant less personal items in a Rental property compared to a Residence.
Search filters, can bedroom's have the option to 'only' 1, or 2 etc. ie if I select 'only 1. I only see 1 bedroom properties?
