Washington State (Seattle) Excise Tax Filing Info

I was totally confused about what the excise tax was and how I will have to file it quarterly.  Darn.  I'd rather file once a year. 

I have found a YouTube video that helped me understand how to file the quarterly excise tax form.  It seems pretty simple.
