2no. VAT invoices were generated for one single reservation

Does anyone know why do I sometimes automatically get 2no. VAT invoices for a single reservation?

 

At some point I changed my details from private to company, but in one reservation I got one VAT invoice to my name and another to the company name but with added VAT. This looks a bit confusing.
