Hi Hosts,

Have you ever noticed that you posted a reponse in the forum and the reponse had been removed?

Today I posted a couple of responses to two posts. In my post, I criticized AirBnb review system, unfairness to hosts to resolve violation of house rules by guests. But both posts had been removed. I could not find them anywhere. In my posts, I just listed facts and there are no any bad words. I don't know why they were removed from the forum.

Have any of you encountered the same issue?

I am pretty unhappy with Airbnb at the moment and wrote two scathing posts today: one in Hosting and one in Help.

The one in hosting just got removed twice. It was after editing once posted, so maybe that is why (although no one had read it yet and it disappeared AFTER it said it was successfully edited). Perhaps it was because it also criticises customer service.  It has happened before.

Since I am already furious with stuff that has been building all year, its reassuring to hear it has happened to others.

Hiya @Tatyana5 ,

I've found 3 of your recent posts:

Though, please note, I will remove one of the duplicated ones so we only have to keep of one conversation.

For future reference, you can see you recent posts in the "Recent activity" section on your profile. You can access this by hovering over your avatar/username and choosing Community Profile.

Sometimes, a post may be held in Spam Quarantine - this can be erroneously flagging words, too many images or too frequently posting that causes it. We periodically release this content when it shows no reason to be hidden.

Thanks,

Stephanie

@Mike1034 @Tatyana5 Yes, it happened to me as well. I posted about an issue I was having, and it was gone less than 10 minutes later.
